Each mill has its own web app and its own database, kept apart from every other mill. The data belongs to your mill.
Security & control
Your stock records are your business. We treat them that way.
AgrimX is designed so the owner decides who sees and changes what, can always take a copy of the data, and never loses access to past records.
Security principles
Least privilege
Roles carry separate view, add, edit and delete rights per area, plus access to individual reports. Staff only get what their job needs.
Changes are visible
Edits to pattis notify the admin. Deleting entries and closing lots can be limited to the people you trust with it.
Protected sign-in
Each person has their own account. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and sessions are signed.
Tamper-proof licensing
License answers are cryptographically signed (Ed25519) and bound to a one-time challenge and to your mill's own web app, so they can't be forged, replayed or copied.
Read-only, never locked
If a subscription lapses, everyone can still sign in, view, print, run reports and back up. Only adding, editing and deleting pause.
Business continuity
Your records are there whenever you sign in.
AgrimX runs on managed cloud infrastructure, so there is no office server to look after and nothing to reinstall when a computer is replaced.
- Any computer. Sign in from any browser; a new or broken computer changes nothing.
- Early warning. A banner warns seven days before the paid-until date, so renewals never surprise anyone.
- Never locked out. If a subscription lapses the app turns read-only: every record stays viewable, printable and exportable.
- Safe upgrades. Database changes that would lose data are refused at start-up.

Who can see our figures?
Only the people you add to your mill's web app, with the rights you give them. AgrimX accesses your database only to run the service, to give support you ask for, or when the law requires it.
What if our office computer breaks?
Nothing is lost: your data is on the AgrimX cloud, not the computer. Sign in from any other computer and carry on.
Can someone run a second copy with our key?
No. Your mill's subscription is bound to its own hosted web app. Moving it is a deliberate step we do with you.
